CONSTRUCTION
Plate heat exchangers consist of a series of plates compressed together in a frame. The plates are suspended on the transport rod and
kept in line by a guide rod. The length of the transfer rod, guide rod and clamping bolts vary in different models. The same applies to the number and diameter of the clamping bolts.
MATERIALS

Gasket material: NBR, EPDM, Viton
Gasket type: glueless “clip-on”
Connections:
– Gasket ports, painted carbon steel, NBR lined, EPDM lined, stainless steel or titanium lined
– threaded connections, stainless steel or titanium, stainless steel or titanium coated with EPDM, EPDM coated with stainless steel or titanium.
Frame material:
– carbon steel (industry standard)
